When people fall like leaves

That moment—when people fall like leaves—is often the season when truth becomes visible.

Like autumn, loss and distance strip away what was never rooted. Titles fade. Words lose their shine. What remains is character: intentions, loyalty, integrity. Some fall because they were never meant to stay. Others fall so you can finally see the sky again.

Revealed colors aren’t always ugly—sometimes they’re just honest. And honesty, even when painful, is a gift. It teaches discernment, maturity, and self-respect. You learn who belongs in your inner circle and who was only passing through your season.

Leaves fall not to punish the tree, but to prepare it for growth. 🌿

And so do people.
